About the Role
Youll be responsible for developing and executing the sourcing strategy for your assigned commodities, delivering cost savings, and ensuring supplier performance. Leading a team of sourcing specialists, youll focus on procurement value creation while managing supplier relationships and aligning with business needs.
What Youll Do

Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives

Identify and deliver procurement value opportunities and cost savings projects (TCO focus)

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers

Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations to influence decision-making at ExCo level

Ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned across business units

Lead and develop a team of sourcing specialists

Manage supplier performance and drive service delivery improvements
What You Bring

Bachelors degree or equivalent 3-year qualification
-
5+ years procurement experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
-
Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Service management and stakeholder engagement expertise

Attention to detail with the ability to execute and follow through

Pragmatic approach to balancing cost, efficiency, and business needs
