Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Computer and IT Technician to install, repair and maintain computers, smartphones, tablets and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Windows installation, operating system troubleshooting, hardware repair, and mobile/tablet software and hardware support.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure Windows operating systems on desktop and laptop computers.Perform operating system repair and troubleshooting.Install, update and troubleshoot computer software and drivers.Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues (RAM, hard disk/SSD, motherboard, power supply, etc.).Perform computer cleaning and basic maintenance to improve performance.Install and configure smartphones and tablets (Android / iOS), including apps and basic settings.Diagnose and repair smartphone and tablet software issues (reset, OS reinstall, configuration).Perform basic smartphone and tablet hardware repairs (screen, battery, ports, etc., if applicable).Troubleshoot and repair Mac / tablet / iPad software issues.Maintain records of repairs, installations, and services performed.Provide technical support to staff and customers.Ensure all work is done safely and in line with company policies.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Computer Technician / IT Technician.Strong knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.
