Qualifications Matric Requirements Able to start immediately and have own transport (reside in the East Rand area) QuickBooks / Excel / Word / PowerPoint (a must) Knowledge and understanding of construction Strong maths and budgeting abilities Proven work experience as a Construction Estimator Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (searching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Duties Providing prices for all materials Preparing and maintaining cost reports Create and submit bids and proposals Preparing material estimates and cost estimates Labour estimates for any project
