About the Role
Isilumko Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Supervisor to lead our Johannesburg-based team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Internal Operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to corporate service standards, and driving sales excellence. With 1+ years of experience in Team Leadership roles in call centres within the South African office, you have the skills and expertise to motivate staff to maximize sales opportunities and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interdepartmental relationships.
- Build up the framework with a standard operating model and adhere to required processes, sales and service guidelines.
- Manage South African contact centre performances on B2C/B2B Inbound and B2C Outbound programs (when implemented).
- Assess the South African contact centre for capabilities to reach the sales conversion rate/revenues objectives and to deliver the required customer experience.
- Collaborate and support Contact Centre and Sales management team.
Requirements

- Experience in quality assurance and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Team Leadership experience in a call centre within the South African office.
