Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities Vendor Reconciliations & Account Management Perform complex vendor account reconciliations (local and foreign) Investigate, resolve, and document high-level reconciling items and aged queries Manage and reconcile vendor contracts and settlements Prepare consumption reports , capture consignment stock settlements, and update pricing on SAP Oversee the clearing of GR/IR accounts and ensure timely matching of goods receipts to invoices Generate monthly reconciliation tracking schedules Processing & Reporting Review and capture non-standard expenses including debit orders, credit cards, and recurring costs (rentals, fuel, etc.) Manage and process one-off vendor transactions and ensure open items are cleared timeously Prepare and submit periodic management reports, including: Unresolved GR/IR accrual listings Vendor aging reports with commentary on long-outstanding balances Reconciliation completion dashboards Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the escalation point for complex vendor queries and payment issues Liaise with internal departments (procurement, receiving, operations) to resolve discrepancies Support vendor onboarding through validation of master data Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready for internal and external audits Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and controls Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data in SAP , including banking details and payment terms Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications and Experience Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years experience in a creditors, accounts payable, or specialist finance role Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems Proven experience handling complex reconciliations and GR/IR accounts Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Bottom of Form APPLY NOW!
