About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading automotive company based in East London. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in assisting Management with various personnel-related tasks, including manpower planning, recruitment practices, and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Management with Personnel Administration
- Facilitate Manpower Planning and Recruitment Practices
- Conduct Disciplinary and Grievance hearings, Handle CCMA and DRC referrals
- Facilitate Performance Evaluation and Skills Analysis
- Plan and Implement Training Programs
- Support Succession Planning
Requirements
- B Degree in Human Resource Management (preference)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Proficiency in Sage People 300
- Familiarity with Sage Job Profile
- Familiarity with Sage Personnel Management
- Familiarity with Sage Employment Equity
- Sage Performance Management
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
