About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving targets and driving new business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar industry, with strong understanding of relevant markets and customer buying behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies across all product categories
  • Drive new business development while nurturing key existing accounts
  • Support field sales activity through client visits and relationship management
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and reporting

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a sales management role within educational furniture, educational toys, packaging, or related B2B sectors
  • Proven experience in growing and leveraging relationships to drive revenue
  • Strong understanding of the relevant markets and customer buying behaviours
  • Proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

  • Matric Marketing or Sales Qualification (Advantageous)
