Job Summary
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative in retail, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the store. Your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, guiding them through their shopping experience, and providing exceptional service. You will handle transactions at the cash register, process returns and exchanges, and ensure the store is well-organized and fully stocked. Additionally, you will resolve customer complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner, aiming to create a positive and welcoming shopping environment.

- Greet and assist customers with their needs, offering product recommendations and information.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions.
- Support inventory management by restocking products and assisting with store displays.
- Promote store promotions, sales, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
