Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small data science and analytics team

Design and deliver AI-driven and machine learning solutions for both clients and internal initiatives
Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and presentations

Requirements

23 years of management or leadership experience, preferably leading a small analytics team
Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and optimize predictive models
Strong, proven experience with AI and machine learning (non-negotiable)
Prior experience in a consulting environment is advantageous

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline (PhD highly preferred)
