About the Role
We are seeking a senior Digital Performance Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. As a data-driven media agency, we deliver measurable performance and real business impact through strategic digital marketing and continuous optimisation. We are looking for a strong strategic thinker with a commercial mindset who can manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end and engage with stakeholders to present performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies aligned to business objectives
- Manage, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Allocate and manage budgets to maximise ROI (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
- Implement and manage tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Drive A/B testing and continuous optimisation initiatives
- Provide input on creative and messaging based on performance data
- Deliver clear reporting with strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior digital/performance marketing role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong platform expertise across paid media channels
- Solid understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution (GA4, GTM)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link performance to business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
- Proactive, accountable, and solutions-driven
