• Lead design and drafting for flat laser operations.
• Create detailed technical drawings and schematics.
• Program and manage flat laser machine queries.
• Handle client requests and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Mentor machine operators and develop training materials.
• Organize and manage documentation for easy retrieval.
• Generate and validate complex 3D models and simulations.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Track and manage design data, project timelines, and budgets.
• Integrate design workflows with ERP systems for streamlined production.

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Certificate in CAD/SolidWorks.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Draughtsperson in a steel manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in operating and programming laser cutting machines.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on laser cutting machines.
• Understanding of steel plates, material grades, and industrial applications.
• Knowledge of CNC systems for laser cutting.
• Familiarity with software such as Excel, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, BySoft, SigmaNest, and E-Track.
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and machinery operation regulations.
