Key Functions: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules. Participate in and facilitate site meetings with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Process and analyze reports from various consulting teams to identify potential issues and ensure project compliance. Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Candy). Support the project team in identifying and mitigating potential risks. Assist with the preparation of project documentation and reports. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Travel

Requirements:

Occasional travel throughout South Africa may be required. Own Vehicle Required. Qualifications B.Sc Construction Management / Building Skills Site inspections.
