- Management of the day to day operations of our e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Takealot.com, Amazon.com, Onedayonly.com and others.
- Implementation of strategies to improve account performance, including pricing strategies, promotions and sponsored ad campaigns
2. Product Listings and Optimisation
- Listing new products across various platforms, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date and optimised.
- Write compelling product descriptions, titles and bullet points that highlight the key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality images and videos for product listings Tailor strategies per platform to maximise sales and audience reach.
3. Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, account health and key metrics.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
4. Administration
- General administrative tasks.
- Booking and coordinating deliveries and collections.
- General assistance in the business, ensuring the office needs are being met and warehouse related tasks are being completed successfully.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree or Diploma in Financial or Economic related field.
- Experience with e-commerce accounts, digital marketing and SEO.
- The successful incumbent must have a minimum of two (2) years` experience within a similar position within E- commerce or digital marketing.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce and online platforms.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures including the making of financial projections and the creation of budgets.
- Proficiency on digital marketing platforms.
- Business management skills,.
- Excellent communication skill (verbal, written and technical). Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
