Responsibilities:

Manage all nopCommerce product-related activities. Define and prioritise product requirements based on business needs. Develop and maintain a product roadmap . Identify and implement platform enhancements . Conduct platform audits for compliance and performance. Work with UX/UI designers to improve user experience. Analyse user feedback and data for optimisation. Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and third-party APIs. Stay updated on eCommerce trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams. Experience & Skills Required: 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce product management (preferably with nopCommerce ). Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban . Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI , and data analysis tools. Experience in SEO, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) is a plus. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (advantageous). Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM and ERP integrations in eCommerce. Certification in Product Management or related fields. Deliverables & Outputs: Develop and maintain a product roadmap . Conduct platform audits and document compliance.
