About the Role
A software development company in Centurion, Johannesburg is seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Administrator/Fund Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line system support to clients and in-house staff
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Manage employee benefits processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Employee Benefits Administration
- Strong knowledge of the Employee Benefits processes
- Excellent excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years experience in Employee Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of Finance (Accounting & Investment) is advantageous.
