Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact between the company and client organizations hosting learners Identify and onboard suitable employers to host learners Secure permanent employment opportunities for learners post-program Support learner payroll administration for seamless operations Build and maintain customer relationships by conducting regular site visits Address and resolve customer and learner concerns efficiently Upsell and cross-sell the company products and services as part of the projects value offering Qualifications and Experience Matric (Non-negotiable) Diploma or Degree in Business Development, Sales, or a related field 3-5 years of proven experience in relationship management, client liaison, or sales Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Own Vehicle and valid drivers license (essential) Willingness to travel frequently to client sites The right candidate should be able to work under pressure efficiently. Please note that this is a 12-month Contract . Salary : R20 000 – R22 500 Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
