Johannesburg: Engineering Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, cost, implement, and manage customer projects according to Order Management standards. Perform short-term and mid-term production plans. Coordinate overall planning of the project and decide on resource allocation. Monitor milestones, adherence to cost, and timelines. Maintain consistent communication with Client Managers and stakeholders. Update programs and maintain forecast accuracy. What You’ll Make an Impact: Clarify customers’ requirements and SOW Prepare costing and timelines for quotation submissions. Continuously liaise with accountable Client Managers. Ensure on-time delivery and cost effectiveness. What You Bring: Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent Tertiary qualification. National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 5 years of relevant work experience in heavy engineering. Clear understanding of manufacturing drawings. Exposure to CNC, conventional lathes, and milling machines. Proven track record of driving efficiency in manufacturing environments.
