Description:
Hire Resolve`s Client is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor (Fitter) to join their mining company based in Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety standards in all operations.
• Support a Zero Harm culture through safe practices.
• Define roles, assign tasks, and recognize contributions.
• Work with maintenance teams on equipment strategies.
• Ensure equipment maintenance meets guidelines.
• Detect and address early equipment failures.
• Inspect equipment and plan corrective actions.
• Improve efficiency and reliability continuously.
• Complete and submit PTOs on time.
• Manage the sections budget efficiently.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Fitter Trade Test Certificate
• Foreman Certificate or equivalent
• 5 years` experience within the mining industry in a Metallurgical Plant.
• 3 years` Supervisory experience
