Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client’s Johannesburg division, a leading manufacturer and distributor of printing, packaging, and communication products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and verifying quotes, handling tenders, liaising with customers, and managing all related administration. A strong customer service orientation is essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and verify quotes
Handle tenders and negotiations with customers
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate information
Manage and maintain records of sales and quotations

Requirements

Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting (Essential)
Minimum of 3 years Estimating/Costing experience in a similar environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite especially Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English
