JOB TITLE: E-Waste Recycling Sales Manager AREA: Kempton Park, Pomona INDUSTRY: E-waste recycling Salary / CTC: R 40 000(depending on current earnings, qualifications and experience) Benefits: Bonus on deals, Medical and Provident Fund on Performance Report to: Managing Director Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Sales Team Management & Reporting: Track and manage sales lead sheets, call reports, and weekly tonnage sales. Conduct weekly sales meetings to review performance, set targets, and address challenges. Ensure the team follows up on leads and conversions in a timely manner. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas. Sales Growth & Business Development: Generate and manage own sales pipeline while actively prospecting new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities. Identify new markets, partnerships, and potential clients for e-waste collection and recycling services. Customer Engagement & Field Sales: Visit existing clients to maintain relationships and identify additional sales opportunities. Engage with new prospects by site visits and presenting the company`s recycling solutions. Qualifications and Skills 5-10 years experience in sales management, preferably within the recycling, waste management, or environmental services industry. Strong ability to track sales metrics, team performance, and tonnage data. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage a team while also being hands-on in direct sales efforts. Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot & SAGE ) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
