• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5 Years relevant business development experience with a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new business opportunities, potential Clients, and emerging industry trends
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential Clients, Partners, and Industry Stakeholders
• Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed company growth objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential Clients and Partners
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals
• Work closely with internal teams
