About the Role

Telebest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator and Client Accounts Manager to join our team based in Gauteng. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for creating an environment conducive to learning, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create an environment free from distraction that allows learners to absorb the learning objectives.
Ensure all administrative tasks and details for reports are completed.
Be part of a peer review when facilitating to develop skills and add to facilitating tools.
Generate sales prospects by identifying opportunities at appropriate existing and new customers.
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.
Build strong relationships with new clients.
Identify customers, set up appointments, and visit their offices as and when required.
Follow up on all visits or quotes to clients.
Manage new business brought into the Company.
Ensure that clients remain active with the Company.
Monitor, follow up, and action tender or RFQ requests.
Obtain competitor information.
Provide daily and weekly feedback reports to the Operations Manager on activities that have transpired in the field.
Communicate all client queries or incidents to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification.
2 to 5 years experience as a facilitator within a business development environment.
2 to 5 years of Sales experience in the training profession environment.
Experience marketing to SDFs and BBBEE Consultants.
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
Proven history of success in sales.
