About the Role

Telebest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator and Client Accounts Manager to join our team based in Gauteng. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for creating an environment conducive to learning, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an environment free from distraction that allows learners to absorb the learning objectives.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and details for reports are completed.
  • Be part of a peer review when facilitating to develop skills and add to facilitating tools.
  • Generate sales prospects by identifying opportunities at appropriate existing and new customers.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients.
  • Identify customers, set up appointments, and visit their offices as and when required.
  • Follow up on all visits or quotes to clients.
  • Manage new business brought into the Company.
  • Ensure that clients remain active with the Company.
  • Monitor, follow up, and action tender or RFQ requests.
  • Obtain competitor information.
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback reports to the Operations Manager on activities that have transpired in the field.
  • Communicate all client queries or incidents to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 2 to 5 years experience as a facilitator within a business development environment.
  • 2 to 5 years of Sales experience in the training profession environment.
  • Experience marketing to SDFs and BBBEE Consultants.
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Proven history of success in sales.

  • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
