Prepare and distribute monthly management reports. Create quarterly cash flow forecasts. Generate financial reports for stakeholders. Develop annual financial statements in line with regulations. Supervise two accountants and manage payroll. Review contracts and ensure accurate reconciliations. Implement finance policies to reduce risk. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee external audits and manage relationships with auditors. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: CA(SA) accreditation. At least 3 years of commercial experience in a financial management role. Experience in the investment or financial services industry is preferred.
