Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse the monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports Drive budgeting, forecasting and cost-control processes at a plant level Evaluate financial performance and identify cost-reduction opportunities Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SOX and local regulations Manage month-end and year-end closures, reconciliations and audits Partner with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree in Accounting or Finance 5 years experience in a similar role, within a multinational manufacturing environment Exposure to SAP and financial reporting systems Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills A collaborative, open-minded approach, with the ability to work across functions Apply now!
