Job Description
We are looking for a strong administrator to join our recruitment team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes. You will be the go-to person for administrative support, helping coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain recruitment systems, and assist with reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team
- Preparing CVs and conducting references
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks
- Prepare reports and support recruitment campaigns
- Help improve processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Quality checking all admin
