Role Requirements Qualifications & Experience – Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). – 1015 years senior leadership experience within downstream oil & gas, fuel retail, or related consumer-energy sectors. – Proven expertise in M&A deal execution, strategic development, and capital project delivery. – Strong background in financial modelling, risk management, and cross-functional leadership. – Demonstrated success managing large, complex capital budgets and multi-site operations. – Skilled negotiator with advanced experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
