• End-to-end product strategy across multiple business units

• 8+ years in senior product or strategy roles, with 5+ years in leadership

• Deep experience in fintech, payments, or transaction processing

• Proven track record of launching and scaling products

• Strong commercial acumen and technical fluency

• Bachelors degree required; postgrad or Agile certification advantageous
