Between 7 – 10 years’ experience in the SME sector with a strong focus on business development

Strong sales and client facing environment

Managing income generating SME business units

Managing a team of SME business professionals

Developing new products and growth opportunities

Knowledge of banking/SME products including Business Transactional Account, asset backed finance, term loans, working capital loans etc.

Involved in capital raising initiatives from both private and public sector partners
Education: MBA/CA(SA) or related financial qualification
