The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a contemporary fine-dining identity ; where detail, quality and consistency are paramount. ? Key Responsibilities Lead the kitchen as a hands-on Head Chef in a luxury fine-dining restaurant Conceptualise; design and execute modern fine-dining menus Drive menu development, plating refinement and culinary innovation Maintain exceptional standards of quality, technique and presentation Train; mentor and develop chefs to fine-dining level Oversee kitchen operations, food costing and supplier standards Ensure strict adherence to health; hygiene and safety protocols Collaborate with ownership and management to deliver a world-class dining experience ? Experience & Background Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a restaurant fine-dining environment Strong background in modern; contemporary fine-dining cuisine A hands-on; detail-driven leadership style Demonstrated ability to develop chefs and build strong kitchen culture Experience in menu creation, premium ingredient sourcing and cost control Based in or willing to work in Johannesburg ?
