Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/matric or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, especially as a hostess or in guest services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
