As a Sales Specialist, you will focus on converting leads provided by the company as well as generating new leads through effective sales strategies, including cold calling and networking. This commission-based position is ideal for a driven sales professional dedicated to achieving sales targets and excelling in a high-performance environment.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Utilize leads provided by the company and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques to identify potential clients.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and offer customized package solutions.
• Work closely with immigration consultants to ensure the proposed solutions accurately meet the clients` requirements.
• Follow through the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets, focusing solely on sales performance and high conversion rates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, packages, and regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
• Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and immigration package knowledge.

Requirements

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales, with experience in immigration, legal, or similar sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools, generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• High level of self-motivation and discipline, with a results-driven mindset suitable for a commission-based structure.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
• Professional integrity and ethics, with a commitment to providing accurate and honest advice to clients.
