Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Procurement & Supplier Management Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to meet company needs. Handle tenders, supplier documentation, and manage supplier relationships. Address supplier and client queries promptly and effectively. Exports & Imports Management Oversee and manage export and import processes to ensure smooth operations. Maintain compliance with SARS regulations and ensure adherence to SADC region requirements. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Act as a key point of contact for supplier and client communications. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and other regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. Reporting & Analysis Prepare procurement reports and analyze data for insights and improvements. Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement activities efficiently. Minimum Qualifications & Experience National Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, or a related field (CIPS certification is an added benefit). 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining, manufacturing, or construction industries. Extensive exposure to exports and imports (non-negotiable). Experience with tenders, supplier management, and compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting skills.
