Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications. Experience in solution selling and technical product presentations. Proven success in managing medium-to-long sales cycles involving engineered or customized products. Experience working with diverse customers and multicultural sales teams. Must have gained working experience with CRM systems, tender processes, and technical quoting. Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team of internal and external sales professionals to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. The role requires strong technical acumen, commercial leadership, and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles involving engineered products, solutions, and high-value projects. Must have work experience motivating, and manage a diverse team of sales representatives, key account managers, internal sales coordinators, and technical sales engineers. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development plans. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff. Develop and implement annual sales strategies aligned with company targets and operational capabilities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies. engineering drawings, production processes, and manufactured components (mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical). Monthly Salary: Basic R40 000 to R60 000 CTC per Month Commission on top ( Salary package is dependent on skills, Qualifications and years of relevant experience only) Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus Car allowance / company vehicle.
