Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Stay up to date with digital advertising trends. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page). Optimize website content for search engine rankings and user experience. Track and report on SEO performance using analytics tools. Website UX/UI Optimisation Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website usability and conversion rates. Conduct website audits and implement improvements based on user behaviour. Ensure content aligns with SEO and branding goals. Email Marketing Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Create compelling email content and automation sequences. Segment lists based on user behaviour for personalized communication. Analyse campaign performance to optimize future efforts. Key Account Management & Client Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Manage client relationships, expectations, and communications. Prepare and present campaign strategies and performance insights. Project Management & Ad Hoc Responsibilities Oversee project timelines and deliverables for multiple campaigns. Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Support ad hoc marketing and strategy-related projects. What Will You Need? Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, paid media, SEO, and UX/UI. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and UX/UI best practices. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp). Strong analytical and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
