Job Description

Hire Resolve is excited to offer a remote opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team specializing in various construction projects. This role provides the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the management and oversight of project costs and financials.

Responsibilities

Preparing and managing project budgets and financial reports.
Conducting cost estimates and evaluations for various construction projects.
Overseeing subcontractor payments and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Managing variations and change orders effectively.
Maintaining accurate records of project costs, claims, and agreements.
Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Delivering timely and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and cost management processes.
Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with relevant contracts and legal aspects in the construction industry.
