About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our sales team at PnS Group Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with retail store owners and managers
- Increase product visibility and availability in stores
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Report on sales activity, opportunities, and challenges
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a passion for field sales
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
