About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading alternative asset management firm specializing in private equity, private debt, and other investment strategies, is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for our third-party IT service provider, managing their performance and ensuring desktop support and other requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for our third-party IT service provider
- Oversee IT infrastructure, architecture, desktop support, and network performance
- Manage IT risks, including cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity plans
- Monitor IT spend, procurement, and software licenses
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Law (strong academic results preferred)
- 5+ years in IT operations, compliance, or a similar role within the financial services sector
- In-depth knowledge of IT risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Law
- Relevant certifications (if applicable)
