WatersEdge Solutions is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Junior Designer to join a growing creative team within a leading fintech environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a design graduate or early-career creative to grow their portfolio while working on high-impact, real-world projectsfrom digital content to branded collateral.

About the Role
As Junior Designer, youll support a multidisciplinary design team across various internal and client-facing projects. Youll contribute to creating professional, on-brand design assets for social media, presentations, digital campaigns, and print materials. Youll also be exposed to product design, marketing strategy, and branding best practices in a fast-paced, B2B software environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print-ready graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral

• Edit, retouch, and optimise images for various media formats

• Follow brand guidelines and support senior designers on layout and production tasks

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas

• Prepare final artwork files for production or upload

• Accept and apply feedback constructively during reviews

What Youll Bring

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (image editing, illustration, vector design)

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for layout and print design

• Basic understanding of animation or video tools (e.g., After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus

• Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy

• Comfortable designing in PowerPoint and Canva

• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work with a high level of accuracy

• Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset

• A portfolio showcasing original work using Adobe Creative Cloud

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing

• Exposure to tech or financial services design environments

• Willingness to learn new platforms and design software
