Youll play a key role in supporting daily administrative and operational functions, including client communication, quotations, invoicing, medical aid claims, and general admin tasksensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service. What Youll Do ✠Respond to emails and client queries promptly and professionally ✠Provide general administrative and PA support ✠Prepare and send quotations and invoices ✠Submit and manage medical aid claims ✠Maintain accurate records and use MS Excel for tracking and reporting ✠Assist with order processing and stock admin when required What Were Looking For ✔ Matric (Grade 12) ✔ Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel essential) ✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills ✔ Good written and verbal communication skills ✔ High attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure Advantageous: Experience in administrative, medical, or healthcare environments Familiarity with medical aid claims processes Basic invoicing/accounting experience Knowledge of CRM or accounting software (Zoho, Sage, Pastel) Personal Attributes Highly organised and methodical Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Proactive and able to work independently Compassionate and client-focused Strong sense of confidentiality Remuneration 💰 Salary: R10,000 R12,000 CTC (commensurate with experience) 📈 Performance reviews and growth opportunities available 📩 Ready to join our client’s team?
