Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and client queries promptly and professionally
- Provide general administrative and PA support
- Prepare and send quotations and invoices
- Submit and manage medical aid claims
- Maintain accurate records and use MS Excel for tracking and reporting
- Assist with order processing and stock admin when required
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel essential)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
