Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Capturing and maintaining accurate payroll records – including new hires, employee changes, and terminations. Processing salaries accurately and on time. Calculating and processing deductions, third-party payments, and statutory contributions. Balancing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
