About the Role
A leading Cloud Solutions company is seeking a motivated Junior Technical Specialist to join their Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with solution deployments, support integrations, and helping build workflows using n8n and conversational bots in Flowise. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of VoIP and contact centre systems.
- Provide troubleshooting support for networks, servers, and telecoms applications.
- Help design and configure customer integrations, including APIs, CRM systems, transcription tools, and AI bots.
- Build and maintain basic workflows for process automation.
- Assist in the creation of conversational bots.
- Participate in proof-of-concept and pilot deployments.
- Prepare clear documentation and contribute to solution knowledge bases.
- Support project teams with various tasks, testing, and feedback.
Requirements
- Technical Qualification or equivalent experience
- 4 years’ experience in a technical support or networking role
- Minimum 5 years in VoIP and IP Telephony technologies like SIP, DNS, RTP, IP-PBX, etc.
- Working knowledge of WAN/LAN/system monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Understanding of VoIP protocols like Sip, RTP, WebRTC
- Working knowledge of APIs and integrations
