Purpose Of Job.
The purpose of the key accounts manager is to nurture and grow the relationships with the organization’s most important and strategic clients. This role involves understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and strategically expanding the business within key accounts. This position plays a critical role in driving optimal maintenance levels, revenue growth and client satisfaction as well as exercising foresight to future equip our business as client needs and scope evolve over time.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years in a managerial technical position in a structured sales environment
- Tyre and / or transport industry experience. (preferred)
- Data driven to leverage and communicate information to improve core KPI’s that matter to your team
- Accountability to be honest and transparent with all communication with colleagues regardless of personal ramifications
