About the Role
Step Up To Telematics, a leading fleet technology company, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team. With a strong focus on trust-based, consultative selling, this role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with commercial fleet clients and contribute to the growth of their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within commercial fleet environments
- Engage fleet managers and operations decision-makers through consultative sales discussions
- Present and demonstrate vehicle camera systems and video telematics platforms
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet, telematics, logistics, security, or technology solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand operational and risk-based client needs
- Experience engaging decision-makers and managing longer sales cycles
- Matric (essential); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Salary & Benefits
R20,000 basic salary plus performance-based commission.
