Job Summary
Manager: Compensation and Benefits Masters in HR related Field 10 years Experience at management level As a Manager: Compensation and Benefits within COMPANY, your responsibilities are crucial for attracting and retaining talented employees while ensuring fair and competitive remuneration. Heres what the job entails: Overall Purpose of the Job : Your primary objective is to manage remuneration and benefits, including payroll, with the goal of attracting and retaining skilled staff. Youll develop and implement reward and benefits programs, ensuring optimal benefits realization for the organization. Human Resources Policies and Procedures : Review, develop, and manage effective HR policies and procedures related to payroll, remuneration, and benefits. Ensuring alignment with prevailing policies is essential. Human Resources Systems and Processes : Develop and manage efficient HR systems and processes related to payroll, remuneration, and benefits. Ensure these systems align seamlessly with established policies. Payroll Administration : Oversee COMPANYs payroll administration to comply with statutory legislation. Maintain the integrity of the payroll system. Keep an HR information system up-to-date for informed decision-making. Analyze data using metrics to produce statistical reports. Conduct regular data quality checks on the payroll system, including leave records and organizational structure updates. Remuneration and Benefits : Implement and manage legal compliance processes, systems, and practices related to remuneration and benefits. Take responsibility for policy and benefit management across the organization. Conduct benchmarking exercises to evaluate COMPANYs compensation practices. Evolve the organizations pay scale and structure. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Oversee pay distribution to employees, ensuring alignment with COMPANY policies. Client Liaison : Interact with employees, addressing their compensation and benefits queries. Provide education and guidance on policies and benefits.
