Hiring: Research Executive (Qualitative)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Executive to join our qualitative research team. In this role, you will be involved in various stages of the research process, including data collection, analysis, and report writing. You will contribute to the development of research materials, support report creation, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Key

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in all stages of the research process to support the qualitative department`s objectives.

Assist in drafting and developing project briefs, moderator/interviewer guidelines, and qualitative moderation activities.

Conduct desk research and contribute to the design of screeners and discussion guides.

Support data analysis and interpretation to ensure alignment with research objectives.

Ensure reports and presentations meet proposal requirements and comply with internal policies and procedures.

Incorporate external data and market trend insights into reports, and integrate data from historical and client-specific sources.

Assist in the design and development of data collection tools for fieldwork.

Ensure that data collection tools adhere to quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Market Research, Business).

Experience or internship in qualitative research or data analysis is preferred.

Strong writing and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to research activities.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a research or analytical role is a plus.

Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.

Proficiency in using research software and tools.
