Main Purpose of Job

The Marketing Manager Rx leads the prescription (doctor-focused) brand team, ensuring strategic excellence and execution across all HCP-targeted activities. This role drives the positioning, growth, and lifecycle management of the company brands, while maintaining the highest compliance and evidence-based standards. The Rx Marketing Manager will mentor and develop Rx Brand Managers to deliver effective HCP engagement, CME/CPD programs, and KOL advocacy that translate into prescription growth and sustained market leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA advantageous.
• 5+ years in Rx brand management/marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strategic planning, KOL management, clinical communication, analytical capability, team leadership.
