Responsibilities:

Assist in Rebuilding Processes: Learn and contribute to the rebuilding process of construction machinery under the guidance of experienced mechanics. Assist in dismantling, repairing, and reassembling machine components. Tool and Equipment Support: Gain exposure to proper handling and organization of tools and equipment used in the rebuilding process. Assist in maintaining the workshop area and tools in good working condition. Technical Learning: Develop technical skills by observing and assisting during machinery rebuilds. Collaborate with experienced technicians to enhance your skills. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during rebuilding activities. Participate in safety training sessions to ensure a secure working environment. Documentation and Reporting: Learn to maintain accurate records of rebuilding activities, repairs, and inspections. Assist in generating basic reports on machinery status. Collaboration: Work closely with senior mechanics and other team members to gain practical experience. Seek guidance and actively participate in learning opportunities.

Requirements:

Recent completion of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Passion for machinery and construction. Willingness to learn and apply technical knowledge. Physical stamina and dexterity for hands-on tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. Be between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before. Preferred Skills: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Participation in relevant coursework or training programs. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
