About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dynamic, creative, and driven Midweight Graphic Designer to join their established brand. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create designs for a range of projects, including product design, media campaigns, and branding.
- Work closely with the team to bring fresh and innovative ideas to new product ranges.
- Execute designs from initial concept to final production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop designs across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Ensure all designs are prepared and ready for print or digital reproduction with a strong understanding of production processes.

Requirements
- National Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience working in a design studio or agency environment.
- Expertise in CorelDraw and a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong conceptual skills, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design work.
- Solid understanding of the printing industry and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in reproduction design, with an excellent eye for detail.
- Proficiency in executing designs from concept to repro-ready format.
- Strong multitasking ability, with excellent organisational skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
