About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer I to join our creative team in supporting Saudi Aramco’s media production efforts. This role will lead the creation and execution of high-quality motion graphics, 3D animation, and visual storytelling elements across multimedia projects, presentations, and corporate communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of cutting-edge motion graphics and 3D animation for a wide range of video, presentation, and corporate media needs.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, editors, and internal Aramco stakeholders to deliver high-impact visual narratives aligned with brand and messaging objectives.
- Function as both a hands-on motion graphics producer and strategic project lead, ensuring creative and technical excellence across deliverables.
- Supervise and mentor a team of motion designers working on multiple concurrent projects.
- Assist in optimizing motion design workflows and advise on the department’s technical infrastructure development.
- Continuously enhance production processes and output standards to set industry benchmarks.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends to elevate production quality and team efficiency.
- Direct creative professionals such as sound designers, illustrators, and photographers where applicable.
