- A Bachelor Degree in Commerce or related
- Min 12 years working experience which includes: Management experience at a senior level in the
Telco/AV/DA or FMCG industry - People Management experience
- Experience and a proven track record in the industry will be an additional advantage
Responsibilities
- The Senior Product Manager responsible for the mobile experience business unit including (but not limited to) Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Wearables and Accessories
- Contribute to expanding the product`s market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan
- Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing the product lifecycle and developing a pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product
- Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while maintaining focus on the companys strategic goals
- Drive delivery of the mobile experience business plan, ensuring growth of the category
- [Line-up management] Lead the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts including market issue response
- Establishes performance goals for product sales, sets direction (from a product perspective) for the sales department employees, and monitors performance continually
- Directs department(s) to achieve objectives established in the Companys Strategic Plan
- Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions/subsidiaries of the Company
